Perhaps this is why both phones have 3.1p cameras. These cameras are probably fine for uploading Facebook photos and the like but are lacking for any sort of picture you may want for a bigger screen. They are certainly not up to scratch with the camera on the likes of the Xperia Arc S deals.

The phones themselves come with 100mb of memory, though are upgradable to 32GB which we found pretty okay. One of the stranger choices by Sony has been the one to exclude 3G from the phones and to leave them to deal with the net through a Wi-Fi connection. This alongside the not so large processor in these phones means they don’t exactly set the browsing world on fire. We found the Internet to be slow and jerky at times, which was not so nice.

The Txt and the Txt Pro are half decent phones, but we couldn’t get the impression Sony and other companies see these devices as toys or just for teenagers. They don’t have the processing power or the pretty software that other phones get. This lack of attention maybe something these companies should work on to see if they can improve these devices.
